Lookign for female roommate for 2nd private bedroom in our condo. It's small, but cozy and bright, has park view window in the room.
It's 2bed+2bath+den, total 3 girls including you, we are quite educated Asian girls, nice, easygoing and clean but no smoke and party at home.
Basic furniture included (single bed, desk+chair, book shelf) and you will be shared the washroom with one other girl who stay in the den.
Walking distance almost everywhere in downtown

**short term rent from Oct. 1 to Nov 30
