This is a very important rule, no parties in this appartment, the concierge it is very strict and the rules in this building are very tight, fines are high so if you like to do parties at home this is not the place for you.
This is a quiet place for responsable and respectful people.

*No PETS, NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE APT. ( If you wish to smoke, there is big open balcony)
