Furnished room (Den) is available from November 15th.
The bedroom is clean, has a queen size bed, closet and beautiful waterview through big windows.
You are going to share the condo with 3 other roommates (a couple and a guy) each one has his/her own bedroom so that we can live comfortable with privacy.

The suite has a dishwasher, TV (with tons of channels), DVD player, X box, washer/dryer machines and high-speed internet.
The building has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym.
Concierge & security is 24/7. Beautiful back yard outside of the building with beautiful water & marina view.

*Across Street:- Urban Fare super market, Starbucks, The best restaurants, coffee shops, clubs, and lounges in town.
*** Yaletown Sky-train station 3 minutes away.

We are looking for a roommate who is responsible, clean and friendly.
and we have a one and half year old American cocker spanial, so a dog-lover would be great!!!
