ESL Students or Working: Downtown

My wife and I want to share our apartment.
My wife is from Thailand.
She is learning English and works at a Thai restaurant.
I am a Canadian ESL teacher.

We offer you a large and bright, furnished bedroom, hardwood floor and lots of closet space with large mirror doors. The rent includes:

-Internet, heat, hot water, hydro, a bed, a large bookcase and desk, a comfortable office chair, lamp, tv and coffee table.
In the washroom, the shower has lots of pressure.

-You will have the bedroom and we sleep in the living room behind a divider. We will share the kitchen, washroom, and living room space. There is 24-hour laundry downstairs with lots of machines: (no need to wait).
The building is well maintained, managed and organized.

The apartment is very clean, fresh and bright, and located on the 10th floor of the "Imperial Towers" at 1255 Bidwell - very close to English Bay beach, Stanley Park, Denman and Davie Street, Starbucks, Safeway, London Drugs, McDonald's, Tim Horton's, banks and bus stops. Also close to ESL schools downtown.
