We are looking for a roommate who does not drink excessively, is a non smoker and does not do drugs. We do not allow pets ( yes a cat is a pet).
Me and my boyfriend have a early morning jobs so we are looking for someone ( preferably female ,24-32years old, long term or just until September who isn't going to make ALOT of noise late every night.
We enjoy a quiet, fun and relaxing atmosphere on a day to day basis.
We are both professionals within our careers and we are also wanting a professional or serious, quiet, student as a roomate.
There is an other room on the first floor of the house, which with a female tenant of the same type.

$680 rent includes gas, hydro ,electricity, A LAUNDRY ROOM WITH UNLIMITED USAGE, kitchen utensils and dishes, big screen tv ,high speed wireless internet and access to the whole house. We have 2 bathrooms (one downstairs and one on the main floor). The 12' x 11' main floor room can be furnished or unfurnished (up to you) and has a large closet.

Its a large, warm, open house with plenty of dry storage, and we like to keep it clean and relaxed.
There is a large deck with BBQ , table and plenty of chairs and a great back yard. The house is at 28th and Dunbar in a quiet safe neighborhood a 1 minute walk away from every thing you might need( library ,supermarket ,fresh produce store,gym ,shoppers drug mart,video store, Cold beer and wine, movie theater,bike repair shop,walk-in doctors clinic, bus stops (less than 10 min to ubc #25& 30 min to downtown #7)B line in walking distance ,10 minutes to Canada line and 20 minutes to Skytrain and Airport.
