2 bedroom apartment, need roommate!

Hello all --

We are looking for a third roommate to move into our lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Kitsilano with us for July 1st.
We have a large living room which we've sectioned off with shoji screens to provide a decently sized third room.

We're located at 4th and MacDonald. Our apartment is south-facing, and as such gets lots of light.
We have hardwood floors, generously-sized rooms, leather couches, a cute kitchen and bathroom and laundry in the building.
It's close to beaches, shops, buses and anything else you might desire.

We're students who love to have people over to share food, wine and good conversation.
Our building is pretty quiet, so giant parties aren't really an option, but we love to have people around for socializing and adventuring.
We are clean people who love our little home, and we're looking for someone who is dedicated to making it their home as well.
It's important to us that everyone pitches in to make it as comfortable as possible for everyone who lives here.
We love music, dancing, film, literature and have a tendency towards long philosophical discussions.

Rent would be $450/month, plus hydro and internet (which usually works out to be about $20 altogether).
As I've said before, our living room is so huge that we've been able to section off one end of it with shoji screens to provide a decently sized third room.
It benefits from lots of light while still remaining private and comfortable.
That is the room in which we are looking for a new roommate to fill.
