Looking for a hassle free move in for the upcoming school year?

We have several rooms available, so if you and a few friends are looking to live together, send us an email telling us a bit about yourself and how many of you there are.

Roommate(s) wanted in character home on 19th W between MacDonald and Arbutus.
Move in date between Aug 20-Sept 1. 8 month lease to end May 1. $725 per month, $362.50 damage deposit.
All utilities included- including cable & internet! We have a dog- a chocolate lab, so must like dogs.
Street parking available, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer space++, washer & dryer on site.
Partially furnished room(s)- you can choose to bring your own bed, or use the one here.

What we are looking for:
Someone who likes living with people, is on the cleaner side, wants to live in a house and treat it like theirs, has their own hobbies, likes any of the following: triathlons, business, cooking, working out, going to the gym, surfing, rock climbing, cycling, dogs & Modern Family. No smoking, no full time partiers, no pirates from Somalia

A bit about us:
Young working professionals who work at UBC, some early mornings, active lifestyle, dinner parties, (Modern Family, Arrested Development), like to have fun, and cooks/bakes.
