彼女は２０年以上ホームステイ等の受け入れの経験があり、色々なことに慣れているので安心して生活できます。
また、銀行開設手続きや働くために必要なSIN（社会保険番号）を取ることなど手伝ってくれるので、海外生活の第一歩を踏み出すのにオススメの環境です。
銀行やスーパー等近くにあり、とても便利の良い場所です。
ESL学校も近くにあり、オーナーも英語の勉強などをサポートしてくれます。
また、ショッピングやスポーツや舞台鑑賞など連れて行ってくれることもあります。
近所の人やオーナーの家族、友達などと会う機会も多く、ホームステイのような感覚でカナダ生活を楽しめます。

家賃は
シングルルーム　即日入居可！！　初月/４５０ドル。２か月目以降 月/４００ドル。
（電気、水道、洗濯代,インターネット代　込。）
ダブルルーム（カップルも可）４月から空きます！　初月６５０ドル。２か月目以降　月/６００ドル。　
ご希望でしたら空港からのお迎えも手配します。
非喫煙者希望。

we are a warm Canadian share house in the heart of Niagara Falls.
We have been hosting for 20 years.
We can provide a private room laundry facilities the use of the kitchen and will asist with the set up of your social Insurance number, and banking needs.
We are 5-7 minutes away from 2 different ESL schools and are in walking distance the grocery store and shopping center.
We can also asist with a resume and a job search program.
We are asking 450.00 for the first month and 400.00 for each consecutive month. We can arrange for a pick up at the airport on time of arrival. We have no pets and no smoking privilages. We have wireless Internet also.
We will provide a Complimentary tour of the Niagara Region. We always invite everyone to be apart of our everyday live shopping,sports,theater and more.
