We are looking for two female students who are responsible and clean to share this basement suite. One room is $500/month and the other is $550/month. The students will share the full bathroom, full kitchen, and living area. We are located in a quiet neighborhood in a new house. Currently, the suite is not furnished but we can furnish it.
