お部屋は１階（メインフロア）にあり、木製の床、ベット、タンス、大きな鏡、クローゼット、椅子、机、ケーブルテレビ(Optik)、ハイスピードインターネット（無線LAN）、光熱費など全て込み。

お家には、大きなキッチン、バスルーム２つ、洗濯機＆乾燥機、食料収納棚、お庭　があります。
キッチン、バスルーム、洗濯機＆乾燥機はルームメイト（＋ハウスオーナー）とシェア。

・ESLの学生さん大歓迎です。（英語での会話の機会あり）
・過去の入居者の多くは、日本か韓国の学生もしくはワーホリの方です。
・女性希望。（同じ階のルームメイト２名が女性のため。）
・静かで落ち着いた環境です。明るく自立した方に向いています。
・お家の近くには、公園、レクリエーションセンター、スーパーマーケット、郵便局があります。
・ダウンタウンまでは歩いて行ける距離です。
・家の近くのバス停には、４番と６番のバスが通っています。
・ホウスオーナーはカナダ人の男性で、一つ下の階に住んでいます。
・ペット不可。禁煙。
・お部屋は家具付き。

Available February 1st $390.00 inclusive
Furnished bedroom is on the main floor and has wood floor, nice bed, dresser, desk, chair, cable TV, high-speed wireless Internet and includes all utilities.
House has big kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry, some storage, nice yard. ESL welcome - I have had many Japanese and S. Koreans stay here.
English conversation is available. Please note that I am looking for a female as there are two other females on the main floor.
Prefer student/working. Quiet relaxed environment - suitable for cheerful, independent person. Close to parks, rec center, shopping and post office.
Walk to downtown/city center. Close to #6 and #4 bus. I am the house manager, male, and have my bedroom on the lower level. Please note: no pets, non-smoker, room is furnished.
