オーナーはお若い夫婦でとても親切です。英語環境で新築で立地条件もかなり良いと思います。基本はシェアハウス（ご飯なし）ですが、ご飯の有無も交渉できると思います。

•Only two people living in the house my husband and me
•The location is near joyce and kingsway
•5-7 MINS WALK FROM THE JOYCe sky train station and 2 -3 mins walk from the bus stop in kingsway
•The house is 4 mins walk from a small library and also walking distance from all the restaurant and stores in kingsway. AND BANKS

•There is a big park in front of the house so every summer is very nice to hang out in the park
•Students are sharing the washroom with us.
•internet,cable and telephone are all included,washer and dryer are all included
•I also Printer fohaver the students for school work
•When needed, students can also borrow and used our computer.
•Tv can be used as well
•heater during the winter will be provided and aircon when summer will be provided if the student wants
•Breakfast lunch and dinner is included. And lunch will be put in a lunch box so that the students can bring it at school to eat.
•The basement is new and we just painted it. before the student move,we will make sure the room is cleaned.Room is carpeted with closet. we will also provide a study table, lights in the study table and nice bed to make them comfortable.
