HOMESTAY in Coquitlam

Hello! Would you like to be a member of a friendly family?

We are a friendly Japanese- Canadian family. We speak English and Japanese, so if you want to learn Japanese, we will teach you as free!
We provide healthy 3 meals (Western and Japanese ) and free Wi-Fi . We also have friendly dogs and cats.

Our house is located at Robson Dr. and Pipeline Rd, Coquitlam, very quiet and safe area. Close to Douglas collage or Pinetree Secondaly school ( walking distance 15mins , by bus 5 mins), Coquitlam Center or Coquitlam station (by bus 10mins) Bus stop is just behind our house.

If you have your own instrument , you may bring it. (Play time 10am ~ 8:30pm)

Rent Included:
- One Bedroom with furniture
- Heat, Electricity, and Wireless High Speed Internet , free local phone
- Shared Laundry, kitchen, living room and bath room with family.
- Laundry service available

Please do not use strong cologne or perfume.
Looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, keep place clean, non-smoker and no pets.
For one person only, prefer a student or working professional minimum stay two month.
International student is welcome.

** Available July 15th 2014 ** Monthly rent $800.00 (include 3 meals and other)

If you want to stay short time, I give a weekly rate. $250/7nights with 3 meals or $230/with 2 meals.
