Looking for girl roommate

I'm a Chinese girl learning Japanese right now so I wish to find a Japanese girl as a roommate to share a 1 bedroom apartment near Metrotown station.

The room to be share is a private room, (I am occupying the living room). I have 2 cats with me.
The room has simple furniture available.
Will be shared kitchen, bathroom.
Heat, electric and Wifi internet are included. Laundry is downstairs in the basement of the building.
