Type of Employment: Temporary Full-time position
*Starting as 6 month contract
*There is a possibility to become a permanent employee depends on the performance

Location: Vancouver
Work Hours: 8:45 am to 4:45 pm (35hours /week)
Compensation: $11.50/ hour DOE
Starting Date: the beginning of September
Main Job duties:
- Assisting the department with filing system, and creating documentations related to import/export and sales.
- Receptionist duties; including handling phone calls, greeting visitors, receiving and sorting mails and deliveries
- General administrative and office duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese and English, both spoken and written (business level)
- Minimum 1 yr of office work experience
- Typing Speed 40 words/minute
- Experience in export/ import documentation will be an asset
- Proficient in MS-Word and Excel
- A motivated team player with good time management skills
- Ability to adapt to & excel in varied environments
