Job Title: Office Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

Duration of Employment: 1-Year Contract Full-time (The term renewed annually)
Starting Date: ASAP
Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC
Employer: Travel Agency
Work Hours: 9:00-17:00
Work Week: 35 hours/week (overtime will be required depending on the work situation)
Salary/Income: CAD 2,300 – 2,700 / month (DOE)
Benefits: Group insurance (medical, dental, life insurance) MSP covered by company after completion of 3-month probation period.

MAIN JOB DUTIES
- Communicating with study-abroad (overseas study) agencies in Japan
- Managing financial transactions
- Supervising support offices in Canada
- Updating the tariff annually by coordination with agencies and support offices.
- Attending study abroad fairs in Japan twice a year
- Assist tour operations when needed


REQIOREMENTS:
- Must be fluent Japanese and English in both spoken and written
- At least 1 year working experience in a similar position
- Proficient with MS- office, such as Excel and Word
- At least College diploma
- Literacy and numeracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Work well independently as well as within a team.
