Our client, a wholly owned subsidiary of a global corporation, has been delivering quality food products to the food service and general consumer markets for more than a half century.

Job Title: Export Sales Representative (Japanese Speaking)
Employer: an International food import/export company
Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC
Job Type: Permanent Full-time
Work hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Compensations: $54,000-$60,000/year plus bonus, benefits (group insurance), car allowance

Main Job duties:
- Sales activities to clients (parent company and other subsidiaries in Japan)
- Purchasing and inspection products (meat)
- Business trips to visit suppliers within Canada and clients in Japan
- Daily correspondence with clients in Japan
- attending clients from Japan
- Various documentation for export

Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken & written)
- At least College degree/diploma
- Some sales or marketing experience an asset
- Computer Skills: MS-Office (proficient in Excel and Word)
- Able to do business trip (mostly within Canada)
- Must have a valid BC driver's license (Class 5) and own vehicle
- Must have a satisfactory driving record
