Compensation: $34,000 / year

Main Job duties:
- Preparing and processing export related documents
- Communicating with suppliers and clients for shipment and related documents
- Filling and other general administrative duties

Minimum Requirements:
- Native level Japanese and business level English, both spoken and written
- Export work knowledge will be an asset
- Computer literate and proficient in MS-Office
- College diploma or higher education
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong customer service and business communication skills
- A motivated team player with strong time management skills
- Ability to adapt to & excel in varied environments
