Shop Manager
店舗マネージャー （フルタイム）

仕事内容：
· 自社の方針、SOP 、ガイドライン、トレーニング方法をしっかり理解してもらう
· 全てのお客様に気持ちよく利用して頂き、いつでもサービスを提供できているか把握してもらう
· 売上やレシート等の管理
· 店舗の全ての機器が綺麗に保たれているか、部品のコンディションチェック
· 従業員等の店舗の方針がきちんと守られているか

要求事項：

· 日本のお茶や文化の一般知識のある方

賃金：$38,000.00 to $43,000.00 /year

Scope of Work:
Understand completely all policies, SOP, guidelines and training programs.
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous
service at all times.
Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation
procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through
personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance
programs.
Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are
followed and completed on a timely basis.
Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all
positions are staffed when needed and labor cost objectives are met.
Requirement:
Assist with maintaining shop inventory control system.
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent organizational skills
Self motivated with strong initiative
General knowledge of Japanese tea and culture.

Experience:
Supervisory: 1 year Food & Beverage: 2 year

Salary: $38,000.00 to $43,000.00 /year
